Who we are

I started as an accountant.
Now I build the systems that automate them.

Most automation agencies are built by engineers who have never actually run a business process. I am the opposite. I know what reconciling 14 pharmacy POS feeds at month-end feels like because I have done it manually. That is why every system we build at Flowlayers starts with the business logic, not the tech stack.

How we work

Five things we will not negotiate on.

01

Production-grade, not prototype-grade.

If a system cannot survive 9am Monday morning at scale, we do not ship it. That is the bar.

02

Arabic-first, not Arabic-as-translation.

We write Arabic copy natively. Our case study lives in Arabic. Our voice agent speaks Khaleeji and Masri without sounding like Google Translate.

03

WhatsApp-native systems.

Your customers live on WhatsApp. Your operations should too. We build automation flows around WhatsApp Business API, with real backend integration on the other side.

04

Published pricing.

Of 20 MENA automation agencies we surveyed in 2026, three publish pricing. Zero are Egyptian. We publish ours. /pricing is on this site.

05

Founder-led delivery.

I do the discovery calls. I write the architecture docs. I am on the WhatsApp thread when something breaks. No account managers between the work and the people who built it.

The path here

From spreadsheets to AIOS, in five steps.

2018-2022

Accountant. Lots of spreadsheets.

Faculty of Commerce graduate. Spent four years inside the finance function. I watched smart people lose entire weeks to manual reconciliation. That is the experience the rest of this work is grounded in.

2022-2023

Taught myself to code.

RPA first, then n8n, then full-stack. Real projects, not course exercises. I picked problems I had already lived through as an accountant and built tools that fixed them.

2024

Founded Flowlayers.

AI automation agency in Cairo. The thesis: most MENA businesses do not need another SaaS subscription, they need a production system that integrates with how they already work. WhatsApp included.

2025

Shipped a full operations stack in production.

For a 14-branch pharmacy chain in Kuwait: replaced a WhatsApp-and-spreadsheets dispatch stack with a full delivery app, 11 n8n workflows, and a Phoenix ERP integration. Roughly $114K a year saved, 723 drivers managed.

2026

Productized AIOS.

Took the 5-layer architecture (Context, Data, Intelligence, Automation, Output) proven on that pharmacy build, and packaged it as a 60-90 day install for other MENA mid-market businesses.

Risk and continuity

What you own from day one.

A real concern when buying from a founder-led shop: what happens if the shop disappears in 6 months. Here is the answer.

  • Source code lives in your repos, on your infrastructure, in your cloud accounts.
  • n8n flows run on your self-hosted instance or your tenant. No proprietary platform lock-in.
  • Architecture documentation handed over on day one, not day 90.
  • Vendor-handoff runbook included with every install. Any competent n8n consultant can pick it up.
  • If Flowlayers ever stops existing, your systems keep running. We are not the operator. We are the team that built and handed off the operator's tools.

Talk to me before talking to procurement.

Most useful conversations start with a 15-minute call on WhatsApp or Calendly. No slides, no sales rep, no NDA up front. Just whether the work makes sense.
