These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.flowlayers.com (the "Site"). By accessing the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. About this site

This Site is the marketing presence for Flowlayers, an AI-powered business automation agency. It does not constitute the engagement contract. Any actual work we do for you is governed by a separate Statement of Work or Services Agreement signed by both parties.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for legitimate inquiry and informational purposes. You may not: (a) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data; (b) scrape the Site for commercial reuse without our written permission; (c) submit false information through any form; (d) interfere with the Site's normal operation.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to the AIOS framework description, case study content, copy, design, illustrations, and code, is the property of Flowlayers and its licensors. Case studies describing client engagements (for example, our production work for a 14-branch pharmacy chain in Kuwait) are presented as anonymized evidence of our own delivery capability. Any client names, logos, or trademarks that may appear remain the property of their respective owners and are referenced only where a client has authorized attribution.

4. No warranties

The Site is provided "as is". We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any content, including market data, pricing references, or competitor comparisons.

5. Pricing

Prices shown on /pricing are indicative ranges for productized offerings. Actual quotes for specific engagements are issued via Statement of Work after a discovery call. Prices may change without notice.

6. External links

The Site contains links to third-party websites (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Calendly, partner pages). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or security of those third-party sites.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Flowlayers and its founder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo, Egypt, unless a separately signed engagement contract specifies otherwise.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the Effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
