These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.flowlayers.com (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. About this site

This Site presents Flowlayers, which builds AI systems for businesses. It is not an engagement contract. Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written quote or services agreement signed by both parties.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for legitimate enquiries and information. You may not: (a) try to gain unauthorized access to any system or data; (b) scrape the Site for commercial reuse without our written permission; (c) interfere with the Site's normal operation.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this Site, including the AIOS framework description, copy, design, illustrations and code, belongs to Flowlayers and its licensors. Results are described anonymously. Third-party names and logos shown on the Site belong to their owners; showing them means our systems can work with theirs, not a partnership or an endorsement.

4. Examples on the Site

Sections marked "Worked example" or "Example", and the activity shown on the office screen, are illustrations with invented names and figures. They are not client results.

5. Prices

Prices on the Site are published ranges in US dollars, the same for every country, for orientation. They do not include outside tool costs such as AI model usage. The binding figure is the one in the written, fixed-scope quote issued after a call.

6. Horus

Horus, who answers our WhatsApp, is an AI. Its answers are information, not an offer or a contract. Commitments are made only in writing by Flowlayers.

7. External links

The Site links to third-party sites and services (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, our learning pages). We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or security.

8. No warranties

The Site is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, Flowlayers and its founder are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes about the Site are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo, Egypt, unless a separately signed agreement says otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes are reflected in the Effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
